Yoooooo 160 driving Academy not really a school, it's a family. From day one you get hands on experience with two of the best teachers out there, rob & mama Lisa! They set up an environment that made you want to get up and come to class everyday. There's a lot of places that'll train you for a CDL but the instructors at 160 went the extra mile to make sure that I was ready to pass my exam. anybody ask me where to go you already know what I'm tellin' em'....160 nola

All around great experience , my online instructor Dave was great and did good helping and answering all my questions with real life examples. My lead instructor Casey at the 160 Redding branch was absolutely great at what he did, i had the best experience he helped in every way he could and showed us how to do something if we weren't sure of it. He was all around fantastic and one of the best instructors i could of got! props to him and the 160 team, You guys are amazing and I'm ready to see what the future brings to me in this new Carrer!

Before 160 I did hard work in the agriculture and construction industry. I needed a new career path, I was tired of being laid off and looking into CDL training, felt this could be a great career for me. I visited 160, met Sam who helped me connect with Ca Human Development who gave me the opportunity to train here. I probably wouldve given up due to costs had it not been for the resources Sam shared and CHD was very helpful. I want to thank 160 for this life changing opportunity to start a new career. I also want to thank the yard staff who gave me the training I appreciate Arturo and Rick, Blair who motivated me to not give up. They are easy going and want to see students succeed. I couldn't have asked for better instructors. I got my taskers endorsement, Sam the branch manager met with me and set me up with two jobs 1 temporary so I can earn money now and another for a longterm career opportunity using my tankers. Thank you 160 again for this opportunity
The best experience
I want to start off by saying thank you to Miss Chevelon and Miss Danya for the wonderful experience that I encountered when I came inside the school for the first time. They were so helpful loving and supportive about my new journey that I was about to take on. Also thank you to the guys at the yard which is Mitch, Jeremy, Joey, and Eddie those guy are very supportive and hands on with their students I have learned a lot from them about being a wonderful truck driver. I would recommend my friends and family to this school. Thank you for the wonderful experience and time that I had at the school. Much respect……
Passed my cdl!
I wanna thank all the students I was with during my time at 160. Most importantly I wanna thank big dawg Chad and his awesome yard instructor Shawn for teaching me everything I need to know to pass my cdl! I recommend this school for anyone interested in getting their cdl. Thank you guys!

I just want to leave a shout out to Mitch, Jeremy and Joey. They are very awesome instructors. They’re very helpful very knowledgeable and they are there for you at anytime. I am very appreciated that I have started my new chapter and I couldn’t not do it without them three thank you again.

I jus graduated from the Redding CA yard, Casey the instructor was amazing very patient extremely knowledgeable, he cares about his students and making sure they are able to pass the test at dmv, ill definitely be recommending people to the redding yard
