The road to CDL success
From day one of class time until my final day of refresh training all of my trainers worked with me to ensure I would succeed. I struggled quite a bit with the parallel parking maneuver and instead of getting impatient or telling me I wasn't going to succeed a couple different trainers climbed into the cab with me and explained their own way of doing the maneuver. On the day of my test I was able to parallel without any issues. The teamwork between trainers is absolutely amazing and they never speak negatively about the students or each other. 10/10 I would recommend 160 Driving Academy to anyone looking for a CDL school that thoroughly trains their students for a fantastic career in trucking!!!

Yoooooo 160 driving Academy not really a school, it's a family. From day one you get hands on experience with two of the best teachers out there, rob & mama Lisa! They set up an environment that made you want to get up and come to class everyday. There's a lot of places that'll train you for a CDL but the instructors at 160 went the extra mile to make sure that I was ready to pass my exam. anybody ask me where to go you already know what I'm tellin' em'....160 nola

All around great experience , my online instructor Dave was great and did good helping and answering all my questions with real life examples. My lead instructor Casey at the 160 Redding branch was absolutely great at what he did, i had the best experience he helped in every way he could and showed us how to do something if we weren't sure of it. He was all around fantastic and one of the best instructors i could of got! props to him and the 160 team, You guys are amazing and I'm ready to see what the future brings to me in this new Carrer!

Before 160 I did hard work in the agriculture and construction industry. I needed a new career path, I was tired of being laid off and looking into CDL training, felt this could be a great career for me. I visited 160, met Sam who helped me connect with Ca Human Development who gave me the opportunity to train here. I probably wouldve given up due to costs had it not been for the resources Sam shared and CHD was very helpful. I want to thank 160 for this life changing opportunity to start a new career. I also want to thank the yard staff who gave me the training I appreciate Arturo and Rick, Blair who motivated me to not give up. They are easy going and want to see students succeed. I couldn't have asked for better instructors. I got my taskers endorsement, Sam the branch manager met with me and set me up with two jobs 1 temporary so I can earn money now and another for a longterm career opportunity using my tankers. Thank you 160 again for this opportunity
