“I probably would’ve given up due to costs had it not been for the resources Sam shared, and CHD was very helpful,” Maxiliano said.

Their easygoing, supportive approach helped him stay focused and determined, even on the toughest days.

“I couldn’t have asked for better instructors. They are easygoing and want to see students succeed,” he shared.

With his CDL training complete, Maxiliano didn’t just stop there—he earned his tanker endorsement, opening even more career opportunities. Sam worked with him one-on-one to secure not one, but two job opportunities: a temporary position to start earning right away and a long-term role that aligns with his new endorsement.
